Jimmy Neutron vs Eleven

I'm gonna go inconclusive here.

Jimmy doesn't exactly know what he's up against, and could be one shotted. The reverse is true, as Eleven could lock his body in place like that boy she made wet himself, then crush his brain. While Jimmy can shrink her, freeze her. And if the "Far Higher" rating is anything to go by, his reaction time is far superior.
 
I am voting in Eleven's favor. Eleven can short circuit and destroy electronics and weapons with her powers. She can also use said powers to disarm Jimmy. Eleven just having a tantrum blew up a cabin's windows, toppled furniture, and caused light weight objects like paper and books to go flying. Also, she reacted to agents who were about to open fire on her in Benny's Dinner in episode one by crushing their vital organs. She's not slow. If she reacts fast enough, Jimmy won't be able to even aim anything that even comes close to resembling a gun.

Hooray! Now only six more votes for the Psychic Dynamo, seven more for the Boy Genius, & six more for a technical draw. I'm so optimistic! (Not sarcasm)
 
Eleven has good reaction speed. She reacted to a real gun with real bullets in the first episode. And she reacted to Mike jumping off a cliff to his death in the middle of season 1.

Jimmy's guns are not faster than a real gun.
 
Clearly, you didn't watch Jimmy Neutron. The dude dodged a strike of lightning, and maneuvered flight multiple times with his jetpack, which can outflight trains, and with several MFTL spaceships. Even his incomplete profile gives a decent idea of his speed.

That's aim dodging. Typically Athletic-Peak Human and in some cases low-end SuperHuman speed. For both of those.
 
Most of those things would be considered aim-dodging. And its funning that some of his spaceships are that fast and he can perceive flying that fast and yet doesn't need oxygen to breath in space but does underwater. I still blame Carl for interrupting Jimmy when he was trying to explain it to Sheen.
