I think Jim Bob has this, The guy does have an extra arm or two to keep the neighbor down and Martial Arts (If he's really compared to SpongeBob.) Aside from the genius intellect and weapon mastery, COMBAT WISE Never have I seen the Neighbor have any sort of combat fighting experience.

(Good thing the speed was equalized otherwise it would be stomp.)

Yeah, about the only thing I've seen the Neighbor do in terms of combat was basically chase the player around, and I don't think that counts as a fight. Jim Bob for me.
