Back to the question of Lissandra.. It would make no sense she need amount of time to do it. She had that amount of time, and use it to prep an army and drastically change Freljord story, the Ice Witch was not even preparing her power. She could not match an entire Frostborn army and Ainivia fighting against her, so she make sure that every single being had forget about who was the Frozen Watcher, and turned herself into a myth instead of a thread

She would never do anything without the help of the frozen watcher. Mainly now that shed had another Avarosa, another Serylda, Anivia and her own rivals

She doesn't do Continent Busting feats often because she can't, she doesn't do that because she would be defeated right after ou even before, she depend on the frozen watchers for this

Why wouldn't it? She could've done so from the start before any influential powerful beings came since she's ooooold. Yet she didn't. So what does that imply? That she can't freeze a continent fast enough of given time? That she only froze Freijord after all that time? Either way nothing still shows as an absolute statement that she did that.

The entire kingdom is the size of a continent. Yet she didn't froze it. Simple really.

She gained power alongside Avarosa and Serylda. So yeah, she had beings stopping her from doing what she wanted (Anivia already existed too)

The lore leaves explicit that she is waiting for the frozen watcher, preparing the world for them. And the watcher want to rule. They did that, but was defeated. What is the sense of destroying all Freljord's life then?

I concede on that. But she got her revenge on them anyway, claiming she won. So I doubt that she was fully stopped to the point of stalemating them.

Yet nothing truly implied that she would be able to freeze the world. It says as her empire grew the land became frozen but that's anything but instant. So yeah, a certain timeframe is required for that.

Implied that it would take centuries to corrupt a faction.

Rebuilding life and taking over what else is remaining. What else? If anything it just seems like she's preparing the place for the Frozen Watcher. She lost before alright but that doesn't mean Continental Ancient Heroes. If anything it's more like preparing something for a welcome.
