Speed is equal and both are 10m apart

Jacket stomps all the way until he reaches MAG agents, where they stomp him instead. Jacket just outskills and overpowers the grunts too easily.

questionable, pretty sure ATPs stomp since they can hold their own (and sometimes overpower) Hank before he became a Mag.
