Yeah.
"Social Influencing is ones ability to manipulate other characters using some form of charm."
Peritto would probably get a limited version of it, only due to the fact he cant actually pull it off correctly. it didn't work because on Jack simply because he didn't care for the look, even saying he was dead inside.
