Again, Touta stomps, he has way more hax while Deku only has like 3 punches.

This is Full Cowl 100%? Doesn't Deku one shot then? Touta's High 7-A form only lasts for 20 Seconds, wouldn't Deku obliterate him the second it's gone?

Touta is impossible to kill, even with a unlimited 100% deku doesnt have unlimited stamina, he loses sooner or later.

Yeah, correct me if I'm wrong, but knocking out won't work either as any sort of -High regen saves you from that (unless you have consistent showings of being KOd, like Gumball Watterso)

Maybe idk, Idk who will fair up a good match though but I think Izuku should be replaced or better matched.
