Deku stomps.
He has an advantage in literally everything: AP, Dura, Stamina, Abilities, Intelligence, LS...
The only thing Sora has that's worth noting is Flight, which won't even matter cause Izuku has Float. Sora has fire and ice manipulation but Izuku has float and precog so he can easily dodge.

Alright, so Izuku still has a ton of advantages, but this time he'll need to be careful how he'll throw his punches cause he could potentially break his arm (I believe that's still an issue for him at this point anyways), but he still has the pain tolerance and stamina to keep going anyways. He can also use Blackwhip to lessen the recoil of 100%.
He still has a massive LS advantage so just by using Blackwhip he could crush Sora. Plus he's also the more skilled fighter.
If Sora tries to fly away, Izuku could just use Air Force to chase after him. I would really like to see more of Sora's abilities, but his profile seems really outdated/lack of scans.
His ice manipulation seems to have pretty good range and it looks like an AOE(?) move, so if he can land it then that should give him the win, since it'll completely freeze Izuku.
