True Deku has better Lifting strength to the point where if he grabs him with Black Whip it’s over especially if in 20%

But 8-20% Deku refering to Pre War is still not that great at capturing enemies with Black Whip
And with Jeahbongchim acupuncture not only his AP can get amped but his speed too(up to 8x)
So he could easily dodge

Also Mori has fought a grappler before as well granted that dude was close range with Brazilian Jujutsu and had mixed results against him until he went all out(He also had Minor Prep on Mori and realized the Weakness of Taekwondo in CQC)

This Izuku cannot use Blackwhip effectively, this key for Izuku only goes up to Heroes Rising where Izuku had no control of Blackwhip. Only Paranormal Liberation Arc Izuku can use Blackwhip effectively, this version doesn't even want to summon Blackwhip.

Oh then Black whip is completely not a factor at all.
And I doubt Deku’s superior Lifting strength will be put to much use here.
Especially not with Mori’s superior skill by a big margin and speed amps

The more I thought about this match up after posting the more I realized how much more win cons mori has
Feels like I created a stomp thread
Deku’s only logical Win con is hitting mori with a 20% shockwave since Mori’s Durability caps at High 8-C+
Or Deku using his 20% strength to try create a giant tornado to catch mori off guard and then attacking from there
But Mori already has a great understanding of Air Pressure attacks and fighting while a Tornado is sending you into the air and would probably take advantage of it.

And Mori has Speed Amps Insane Skill Edge,Death Hax(He doesn’t use it though),Pain Hax,Mid Low Regen with Acupuncture(He can’t spam this),Blood hax,Superior air pressure attacks and knowledge on pressure points of the body

His triple kick is shown blitzing people even relative to him if they either don’t know the mechanics of it or if they can see it’s coming/predict it only people who have countered it in series already witnessed it before or by Illpyo’s standards he was telegraphing allowing him to easily counter but Illpyo also has insane skill
Maybe Deku would figure it out after getting hit the first time if he can still stand at all then Mori tries it again
