Wtf. You have no idea on how hard i'm facepalming right now. Anyone that can use Gae Bolg kills him. That would be Archer, Shirou, Lancer, possibly Gil, and Scáthach. As much as i love Izayoi, i don't think Izayoi can survive having his heart pierced 5-6 times. Possibly more, if you include Prisma Illya characters. Even if he could, anyone with Reality Warping strong enough roflstomps him.

I watched the anime and read the novels from the point the anime stopped onwards. First, the pillar wouldn't have turned everyone in the world to stone, just everyone in the area. Second, that's because Izayoi's power to break/negate other people's power, along with ignoring physics. That's what allows him to do crazy things like breaking light and kicking wind. I don't know if it would work on Gae Bolg, but i'm leaning towards no. Even if it did, the High-Tier Reality Warpers would beat him easily.
