minor question, would being able to make your weapon move like a boomerang count as minor weapon control even if it's done via skill?

Depends on context, it could just as easily be considered a skill feat depending on it.

Yeah, Thor definitely counts. Cap is more an extreme skill example, like Reaper said.

Anyway, should I close this now? I think we've cleared up everything about the ability at this point. All that's left is applying the ability to the profiles that need it.
