Peppino starts with attempting to beat the everloving crap out of Luigi by Rapid-Fire Fistcuffs. He does have BPT2 hax, but he won’t start with plot hax.

Okay, so Luigi would probably recognize that Peppino has a large strength advantage and would probably either resort to his hammer or time stop. Peppino has decent regen, but considering how the time frame is unknown, it might not be super useful.

I might go with Luigi on this. Most of Peppino's best hacks take a while (such as regen & respawning), and stuff like time stop and the Poltergust 5000 could be difficult for Peppino to get past. Plus that LS edge will help tons for Luigi if he tries to grapple
