Hmm, since Thought Robot got hurt by the heat of 10 billion suns that means his durability is around 1.2420462e+19 joules, so he has an AP advantage over Itachi, but since Itachi has a bunch of stat amps he should close the gap real quick.

His adaptation is obviously nothing but NLF stuff so it is not combat applicable and him holding Limbo is a clear example of inconsistency regularly seen in comics. I also do not see resistance to Mind Manipulation on TR's page so Itachi can genjutsu GG.

Overall I'd say Itachi can beat him mid-diff. You'd need a REAL heavy-hitter like Michael or Lucifer to give Itachi a good fight.
