She does have extended fights so eh? This is where Itachi's stealth, skill and ninja tactics come in. She could deconstruct a clone and such

Wanda was kinda weird in the MoM movie. Sometimes she instantly bio maniped BB and deconned Reed but other times she had these completely unnecessary prolonged power fights where all she did was shoot energy beams (Cap America and Cap Marvel).
So she could either start with her hax and insta kill Itachi or she could be stupid with it and try energy beams instead

I’d give this to Itachi, even when Wanda did go straight for the optimal move she’d usually talk or let them talk before doing something, Itachi won’t talk, he’ll just Tsukuyomi and be done with it.

IF wanda haxes at the beginning it can kill itachi BUT he's aware of izanagi so if he uses that he can comeback and genjutsu or totsuka blade wanda. Itachi wins this fight in every scenario if wanda don't reed him from the start

He needs to weave signs to use Izanagi. Wanda's TK (Through Higher LS) would prevent him from moving, allowing her to hax.

Presumably though, his slight of hand feats might be enough to say he could weave them before she notices, but is she restrains him before haxing it's cooked.
