AS for raw stats,itachi and alucard(non schrodinger) have similar AP and DC,with Alucard has very very potent regen,and has a precog much like itachi,but Itachi has a distinct mind fuckery and speed advantae(non diseased itachi is massively hypersonic),along with his fighting style,itachi is gonna spam genjutsu off the bat,even looking in itachi's general direction will put you under genjustu,like he always does,and alucard wouldn't even know,considering even characters with prep and mind *** resistance fail to know if they are in itachi's genjustu,itachi can just then seal away alucard,even schrodinger alucard with the totsuka blade.
