Not sure about that, it says "easily destroy the world", i guess it seems like AP based, but the profile has no scans, and context would be needed, so, yeh

I am pretty sure Amado never says that he can destroy the planet either. He says that if he fully revived it would be the end of the world. Which does not necessarily mean the planet would get destroyed. That needs to be removed.
