Isn't omniscience and omnipresence NLF?

If omnipotence is considered to be NLF, why isn't omniscience and omnipresence also NLF? Similar to omnipotence, there's no way to prove a character's omniscience and/or omnipresence.

We have different levels of Omnipresence on our wiki; based on the dimensional concepts. For Intelligence, knowing everything doesn't quite mean they have power over everything and thus still can be defeated. But Omnipotence by definition literally means second to known, impossible to be defeated, and would solo all of fiction and reality if someone was truly omnipotent.

There’s actually a lot of ways to prove someone’s Omniscient or Omnipresent- statements and showings. For example, Thanos, with the Astral Regulator. After absorbing One Above All, we see representations of him being Omnipresent, we’re shown different timeframes with Thanos being everything and everyone, the dinosaurs fighting in the prehistoric ages and the leaves of a tree swaying in the wind. Another example would be The Lion from Narnia- we see characters call out his name, and the Lion responds, despite not being in the area. He then goes on to explain he is everywhere, hence being Omnipresent.
Omniscient is a little trickier, but it follows the same concept. Prove it via Statements or Scans, and they’re omniscient. Just a little harder to do, as one can be a ‘Know it all’ but not be Omniscient, and you can look omniscient, but aren’t really.

But you can always describe a bigger cosmology than the one that the so-called omniscient character is, and a higher character can always conceal information from a lower character. It's just that nobody from the lower character's realm (including the lower character him/her/itself) are aware of higher levels of existence, so they think that the character is omniscient.

Even if a character is somehow shown to be omniscient and omnipresent, that is only in his/her/its verse, so omniscience and omnipresence would not apply in vs battle threads.

If omniscience and omnipresence is described as knowing everything and being everywhere within a universe/multiverse/some other structure, then that is fine.
