So seems like a retcon, it drops her from 6-D to 5-D, she can still become 6-D with Ultimate Battle Form though, this is again reinforced, that if she was fighting to protect Kaito, Makina wouldn't be able to beat her, and Makina also has the ability to increase her strength, so it's pretty op, though conditional.
