Is "Winter of 83" valid for FC/OC or VSBW?

So, Im gonna try to add profiles for an analog horror series called "Winter of 83" on next day until i saw some analog horror (MC and GHS) profiles on VSBW.

Is it safe to be added on FC/OC, or Is it safe to be added VSBW?

Winter of 83 is a lesser known analog horror series, but it fits perfectly on VBW.
