Is this wall level feat?

Also Frank Richards seems like a good candidate for wall level durability
 
I don't think so, no human have ever reached wall level durability, not sure about this tho, the video gave too vague information, it also includes alot of factors like I've mentioned before if you remember.
 
There are more elaborate details about how landing works; landing in hay heavily lowers impact pressure compared to solid concrete. Not to mention the parachute still sort of slowed down the impact. Breaking bones also would likely be interpreted as more so an anti-feat rather than a feat. We do not fully scale "Fatally injured but not quite killed them" as full durability.
