Is this violent fragmentation, pulverization, or vaporization?

I wanted to calculate a feat for the Dragon Ball Z Anime/Manga. The one where Nappa destroys a city with ease. In the manga, there appears to be no rock fragments, but we don't get a full view of the city which according to Vegeta was completely destroyed and we also see a fair amount of smoke:

But in the Anime it seems like we see small rock fragments, but there's a LARGE amount of smoke/vapor:

So I'm not sure if this should be violent fragmentation, pulverization, or vaporization.

I also wanted to calculate the Nappa feat from GT. This one seems to be easier to decide on, it looks to be pulverization or vaporization (Albeit there's a lot of rock, the way the city just seems to evaporate makes it seem like otherwise)

The GT one is definitely pulverization, and I'd probably use pulverization for the manga one, as most fragments should be visible from the horizontal (I don't know much about this type of things but I think it's horizontal) view in the manga
