Is this verse allowed? (_Boisvert)

So i've been thinking, are characters from the youtube channel "_Boisvert" allowed, its a pretty popular analog horror web-series that deals with mature topics so most of the characters that would probably get a page would have to have a content warning, the verse is very confusing to scale but i would love it see it on the wiki someday.

Yes, there should be no problems with it other than vague feats. Even then, you just need reasonable explanations

Yeah it barley has any feats, someone would really need to look into the lore of the series to make sense of everything, i would try to do one but its just really confusing to me.

All i know is that the verse is absurdly powerful with characters like Room/Ouriel (yes thats his actual name), The Angel, The Puppet God, etc.

I heard some of the characters get into tier 1 but thats highly debatable.
