Is this valid for the comparison for AP?

In this scene, we see a main character breaking a wooden Minecraft block.
Now obviously the block is not necessarily broken because it rematerialises when thrown, but it’s still "breaking" in a sense. In addition, Steve’s profile has "breaking through stone with a pickaxe" as a viable feat.

So is it, at the very least, enough to compare this character’s AP with the rest of the cast despite being a lot younger? Or is it a calc thing? Or is it not viable?
