Is this universe 1-A?

If the universe can accommodate 1-A being(their true body, true nature and it's not a clone, avatar or manifestation of their power). Does that make the universe is 1-A?

[Note: this 1-A being have no anti-feat for 1-A]

I still have few questions to ask but...nvm
 
yes. just keep in mind if normal physcal entity can interact with the 1-A being, that would be antifeat for the 1-A. (this can also be fixed if that 1-A entity helps there existence to reach same level to its own when the interaction happened, but just something to keep in mind)
