so in the new bendy game the main character broke metal vent covers and the lower end was accepted the lower end was 0.23 kg of tnt
because apparently that is 0.00023 tons of tnt is that strong for wall level?

Its below the +range of that tier. Basically, "Baseline" Wall+ Level characters are 10 times~ stronger. That calc would put your character at 64 times stronger than a baseline Wall Level character and a Baseline Small Building Level character would be 20 times~ stronger
