Is this Limited Casuality Manipulation or not?
Here is the exact dialog from the scans for the full context...
"When talking about shadows, it usually refers to creatures with magical properties in some ways akin to elemental spirits."
"So creatures tied to the four elements, a bit like us. Water, fire, earth, and air. These spirits are made their element. Fire ones are made of fire, air ones are made of air..."
"Wait a minute. Are you saying these creatures have no body?"
"More or less. Water Shadows, for example, are almost invisible to the naked eye."
We are told Water Shadows are beings made up of entirely water, and then we learn they can change their shape into something else but once they do this once, they are stuck that way forever.
"The lighthouse illuminated an extraordinary being. A kind of shadow with a blurred shape. The image got sharper, and the creature clearly took my shape."
"I borrowed some books from the library, did some research. I discovered these creatures have powers, including psychic ones. They can change shape-but only once. After that, they can't turn back."
We learn that Water Shadows can change their shape into something else but once they do, they can't change back or into something else. The Water Shadow in human form was about to fall to it's death but Irma changed him back into water.
"Irma hopes that it's true, that jewell is just a Shadow passing by... because the only way to save him is to give him back what's his. And turn water... back into water."
So Jewell was originally a Water Shadow who took the shape of person and became them. Once it did this, it was incapable of turning back into it's water form and due to taking on the shape of a human, it was going to die from a fall but Irma reverted him back to it's originally state which is naturally impossible.
Looking at the Casuality Manipulation page, it states...
"The user can redirect any cause to any effect, undo anything by inverting the relation cause/effect, or even separate them entirely, making a specific effect impossible to be caused or a specific cause not producing any effect."
Since Irma undid the Water Shadows shape change from that of a human body back to it's non-corporeal water form, despite we are specifically told they're incapable of changing shape again. Would that be Limited Casuality Manipulation? Since she only could do this because the Water Shadow was her element.
