Mana has the ability to manipulate names, which make up the powers, and even change realm of magic, where a change in the true name of Legerdomain causes a change in Legerdomain which means that this names are make up all powers and changes dimension and Mana can manipulate these names, according to Charmcaster a person can use Mana to manipulate names, and the Alpha Rune itself can control Legerdomain and even control the true name of legerdomain.

I do not see any indication of this being an IM 2 case since it has no mention of information and instead just talks about Names and how fundamental they are. It is a metaphysical aspect, though; I'm just not sure which one. But my current guess is that it aligns more with CM 1 or 2 like the Touhou Project. Keep in mind though that Projects Touhou's name are utterly broken, nor do I know much about it, but my point is that it's much more likely to be CM than IM 2.
