imo, it seems like type 9 immortality (their true selves exist in the great beyond), type 8 immortality and mid-godly regeneration (even if their true selves are destroyed, as long as they remember their code, their souls will remain) and type 1 AE (their bodies are just an avatar of their emotions). with enough context you could even sneak in beyond-dimensional existence through qualitative superiority
