Is this High Multiversal level?

In a cosmology, there exists an infinite multiverse. In this verse, there is a power system that is basically the source of the characters' attack potency. If a character can cause their own energy—meaning the source of their attack potency—to fuse with the entire multiverse (along with their own being), existing in every part of the cosmology, does this imply that the character can be considered 2-A level?

can you word it a bit better? I can get a grasp, but I don’t want to misunderstand
I wouldn't know how to explain it better really, in the verse there is a "micro energy" that each being possesses. This same energy allows them to do everything they do. The thing is that this character made his "micro energy" become one with the world.

Is the multiverse infinite sized or are there an infinite amount of universes in the multiverse. Could be both. Does he link it to all universes ? Or is it just linking to the multiverse itself.

The multiverse contains infinite universes (timelines). The character is said to exist "everywhere", that he is now one with the "whole", while it is not directly stated that he exists in all timelines, there is a statement of what exists in multiple dimensions at the same time, so I feel that with the constant statements that he is part of the totality of existence he should be linked to the multiverse

If the change of the source, or energy increate etc, affects the output, then yes ig?

Ngl. From what I am understanding, it seems like he is connected with every version of himself across all timelines instead of the multiverse itself

Hmm. I think in the context of illias, it’s prob referring to how he can exist in both higher and lower dimensions at the same time, being omnipresent in the universe. Although, that’s prob 2-A size wise isn’t it? Since universes are 2-A in sts.

Well, yes, the universes are already accepted as 2-A, my question is more if the fact that your cosmos, being this the source of the destructive power, is fused with the cosmology implies something

They don't scale to the higher dimensions because so far only the UW is accepted as "possibly" being of large enough size to qualify for low 1-C.
