That does sound like infinite stamina, although we might need some showing of that stamina in action, and obviously as Vietthai said, anti-feats are a possible thing.

For a textbook example, think Androids 17 and 18 in Dragon Ball who are never shown tiring, are explicitly described and shown to be keeping their strength during battle, are described to have no limit to their stamina, and also have feats of easily outlasting opponents using that stamina.

I gonna just say that, saying "i don't get tire, i don't need rest" sometime do not translate to infinite stamina. The most blatant statement instead is "i never get tired, i never need to rest" which if there is nothing contradict it later in the verse you can get infinite stamina with one statement. The statement from the scan can be argued otherwise, so better having supportive evidence
