The character existed before the multiverse and lives in a dimension that exists outside of the space-time of the multiverse, and does not care about events in the multiverse (including his Destruction) does that give any causation?

No, not type 4, at least.

But it could be type 2

The fact that a character exists before space-time and existence itself, is not affected by time, and exists outside of them maybe can might Acausality Type 4

It could potentially be Type 4 but are we told that the character predates time itself or that they follow different laws of causality?

Like, simply existing outside of the space-time continuum means nothing if you don't predate the concept of time itself.

No, existing outside space-time is not the same with existing outside of causality

Everything12 had already said this;

Being outside of space-time isn't the only statements here... And like i said, it's maybe might be Acausality Type 4.

It is said that he came before time and time has no power over him (Abilities such as time slowing down, time stopping do not work on him)
