Is this Cyborgization?

So a character has a device installed in their bones that can pop out at any time with a button press and take limited control of their body. Would this count as cyborgization or anything else and would it be necessary to add to the page considering they can’t control it since the button isn’t their equipment and it doesn’t add/appear much?
