I got thsi calc from a guy who i was debating and he was saying Meruem caps at Island / Country level and send me that calc cause i sont have so much knowledge on calcs is this valid? If not why?

Well, vaporization is a bit off. The feat was more akin to violent frag with melting.
But using a value of a hill isn't needed, you can pixel scale a low end height off his blast via the interest ability.
