the in-game description is
"A nebula storm born from a black hole, it rips apart anything that gets close. Best block and attack from behind cover! Attacks get stronger after taking damage."
although I suspect a nebula storm isn't a black hole, I wonder what the actual tier of it is

battle cats is a verse that doesn't really have the most direct of feats so I just thought to explore every possibility
