Is this any type of acausality?

Basically, a character that will be born even if you kill his parents, but as the son of other people, because the universe needs his existance.

Is not Acausality, if any, it may be related to Destiny Manipulation (but not by the character that is supposed to born, but rather by a universal principle or similar).

After thinking a bit, this is probably type 8 immortality.

Technically, no, as the character hasn't even born, nor you can't say that it "lives" in a state of unborn. If, however, the character dies as a child and then reborn once again, then its Resurrection/Reincarnation.
