The difference between Type 5 and Type 4 is that Type 5 is independent of all existing and possible causal systems. But the question is only asking whether being independent of "causes and effects" is sufficient for Type 5, but no information is given as to whether these causes and effects are, as I said, the causes and effects of all the causal systems that exist and can possibly exist.
