This may be a bit dumb, but I need to know.
If a character can use any amount of energy in a spell to increase or decrease its power, making it scale to any feat using the same amount of energy as it, but may keep the energy of certain spells lower, and thus not as powerful, which kind of system would it be? And if it’s Limited, would a spell using more energy than another still scale?
What I’m trying to say is that, would the simple act of holding back an attack or an attack being weaker than another invalidate the energy system from being more than limited?
I ask this because the requirements for Non-physical state that all abilities a character has scales to each other, and I was wondering if that meant even “weaker” abilities need to scale.
