I wanted a discussion rule about this but it wasn't added. They aren't exactly banned but you definitely should avoid making them due to how the verse equalization works between the two.

Based on what I've seen of One Piece vs Bleach threads, they tend to devolve into shit-storms pretty quickly. If you want to make a Bleach vs One Piece thread, I would advise avoiding the usage of the main protagonists and popular antagonists. Go for side characters.
