This is not the case if the creature is simply disabled from using their magic. magic is a mysterious force in all living things. It is their essence and life force.

Here tirek absorbs the powers of the ponies including Discord and becomes massively stronger than before. To put an end to this, Twilight absorbs the magic of Alicorn princess Celestia, Luna and Cadance, becoming stronger

anyone comparable to or superior to Celestia should be able to resist corruption via sheer magical power

No.

Like literally any being in mlp can live without magic.

Even Discord can live without magic as we see in the G5 comics.

Discord was disappearing not because of any kind of magic but because of what he represents. Not being chaotic would erase it, having nothing to do with magic itself. Even so, nothing happened to him when Tirek stole all his magic. Like not all other poneys. Even the Mane Six, after being absorbed, were able to stand up and speak normally, despite their half-white eyes. And in Spike's case, not even that.

Magic is simply a type of life force. Most of the things you talk about here could be compared to Ki or Chakra.

More Chakra bigger physique, running out of Chakra literally kills you. And it's not conceptual.

And yes, mlp is UES, since the greater the magic, the greater their physiques. The episode where Twilight absorbs the Alicorns shows this. Conceptual? No.
