is it possble to create a Velzard page

I ask if somebody add Velzard since she is the only True Dragon still missing so i request that somebody adds her .While that that is my main ask but i kinda somebody add
Testarossa/Blanc and Ultima/Violet since Carrera/Jaune alrady has one so i want them also have one

Someone might add them but you're probably better off just doing it yourself I'd say.
