Is it a Tier 2-A feat or range or potency ?

There is a verse were they are characters who limits the size of the cosmology as a side effects of their abilities (plot manipulation) 🤔
From SIU, the Author of the verse "The TUS is a universe under the premise that “The world comprises of several tales as its centre, and these tales persist as unchangeable records”. In other words, in Talse Uzer Stories the past cannot change and the future is already set.

Once written, a tale from the Talse Uzer universe cannot be set back or restored to a previous state. Hence, the past becomes permanently fixed, which in turn restricts future events. It's a universe that rejects the existing hypothesis that the world holds infinite possibilities."

So yeah no infinite possibilities, no 2-A.

But why ? The thing is, those with that power are irregulars to the verse and singular existence, they weren't always present, it's just that one day the god of the verse granted regulars people the right to bend the story as they please. Also even though those with higher authorities over the story can overwrite the story of those with lower authorities there still aren't infinite possibly or parallel world.
In some, the verse natural state is 2-A but the come people that limit it to a single universe by warping the story.

2-A is only if you can prove there are actually infinite different universes existing, not as a possibility but actually existing

So from what I understand, the world had infinite possibilities but these characters made them no longer exist?

Yes, due to the nature of their power
From the author:
"This world is built upon multiple interconnected stories, each recorded as immutable truths."
  • Once a story is written, it becomes permanent and unchangeable.
  • This means the past is finite, and the possibilities for the future are equally constrained.
  • As a result, T.U.S rejects concepts like infinite possibilities, time travel, and parallel universes.

Not really 2-A, is just higher with their abilities. They limited all possiblities so they not really 2-A, at least when they cannot control the side effects of their abilities.

The thing is they not only limit possibilities but also the story, the time and parallel worlds as the side effects of their abilities.
Let's say there is a verse A with infinite possibilities, time travel and parallel worlds but then a character B come and write a story and as a result of his action the verse become limited to a single universe with no time travel nor infinite possibilities.
I wanted to know if I can be listed as AP, Range or Potency of their abilities 🤔

Feel weird, but Ig this maybe AP and range.
