Is Gomez from FEZ Tier 11-A or Tier 10? Or higher? What about Dot?

So I was going through my Steam library and such to find more characters we could add to the site that we didn't have, like I did when I started with our Metro: 2033 verse. Then I found a little indie game I played called FEZ. After sitting there, like, "What? This is stupid, no one will read this, or take it seriously." Then it hit me. The game's mechanics, the story, his powers, our tier system. I had to figure this out, hence why I'm making it a question instead of bothering an admin again or going to the Tier page dierectly. Any help would be appreciated!

And I want to bump this to add onto another thing. Gomez is accompanied by Dot, a 4-D hypercube, tesseract thing that is this game's Navi. What tier is it? It has no destructive power that we see. The only thing we can assume is that it's the key to fixing the Hexahedron.

Anyway, I would assume Gomez to be 11-A, normally (it's been a while), as he's specifically a 2-D being that becomes aware of the 3-D world. However, due to actually interacting with the 3-D world (IIRC), he might be 10-C.

Hmm... considering he can do normal platformer things, like jumping high, running forever, swimming forever, go into space and live... and the only things to kill him are some bombs, falls and a black holes. All of which are 2-D, except the black holes.

He might be a 3-D charcter too. Think about this, if he can interact with a plane, and the sides of planes, and also the inverse/negative versions of a plane, shouldn't he be 3-D or even 4-D? Woah, man my head hurts...

Its just fez in capital letters. Who knows why Phil Fish does what he does.

I think he should be Tier 11-A now that I played the game. I believe he is still 2-D with the abilty to access other planes. Maybe then he's a high 11-A? Sounds fair to me, since most 2-D specific characters can't fight him if he goes into another 2-D plane beyond their comprehension.

What about Dot?
