Is cutting space and cutting reality the same thing?

i think it depends on the verse itself. Cutting reality could also accound for cutting the fabric of space and time, not just space alone.

"reality" is a very broad term in general, space manipulation can be a subpower of it, but "reality warping" is generally attributed to a character that has more than just space manipulation.

For example, to warp space itself will just be spatial manipulation.
But to warp space and the world itself/reality itself will be both spatial manipulation and reality warping.
So if it is described in a way that it cuts both space and reality itself, it will qualify for both, like the example I gave.

"world" is again another broad term. You can warp the world with only space manipulation especially if you're creative with it.

In this context, where it says 'world itself,' it refers not only to the manipulation of space itself but also to reality. So, it would qualify as reality-warping, since that is how the standards are defined.
This one is also a good example.
