Irrelevant vs Omnipresence vs Immeasurable?

Immeasurable is being beyond the concepts of space, time, and distance, allowing you to freely travel through time and space at will while effectively allowing you to fight in multiple places at once.
Irrelevant is reserved for 1-As. Due to being beyond dimensions themselves, they are beyond any concept of distance, speed, time, space, e.t.c., they are automatically faster than anyone lower on the hierarchy no matter what they do.
Omnipresence' is the state of being everywhere at once. They technically can't be outrun since they are already everywhere. However, there are also numerous levels of Omnipresence, and higher-level Omnipresence (i.e. 5-D Omnipresence vs 4-D Omnipresence due to a dimensional tier difference) will be considered "faster" than lower-level omnipresence.
