I did some looking around and I think Iron Man's armors like mark 8 and 9 are far more attack potent and durable than they should be.

His Model 0 armor survived hits and attacks from the Iron Patriot armor:

and was strong enough to stop Osborns punch

His Model 1 armor arm wrestled thor for quite a while

This same armor foughtand blasted away gray Hulk and went well against savage Hulk

His Model 4 (Or classic) armor has gone blow for blow with Hercules, Count Nefaria, Namor and knocked out savage Hulk (He was stunned though), She-Hulk with a repulser, and theSilver Surfer

Got right back up after getting home-runned by Thor

These armors should be as strong (if not weaker) as his model 8 armor.

Yeah, I'm thinking even his earliest armors should be solar system level

Marvel is ridiculously inconsistent, especially in terms of characters being able to match each other when they shouldn't remotely be able to. It is much safer to mostly scale Iron Man from his own feats.

Even the Thorbuster Armor/Model 22 that was powered by an Asgardian crystal?

The Thorbuster would scale to 3-B, if we take Thor's skyfather level power literally. It has to be considered as an outlier, even though Dan Jurgens explicitly stated that the Odinforce was nowhere near galaxy level during his run.

But how strong would armors like Mark 4 and Mark 13 be? Shouldn't they have their own keys?
