Iron Man (MCU) vs. S-2 (Giya) [Grace]

S-2 would start by evaluating the strengths and weaknesses of Iron man, while also attacking him with her katanas
 
Tony mostly stays at a distance flying, he will probably try to take the katana from her and given the difference in LS it is possible
 
S-2 can fly as well and she would do her best to keep iron man from taking her katanas away from him.
 
She would be able to handle the mini missiles, but can get overwhelmed if she were hit by a barrage of them.
 
This seems interesting. I'll reply back to this when I get the chance.
 
How experienced is S-2?
 
How many years, and in what areas?
 
Considering A-4 has been tasked to fight robots and what kill people all over the world for three years, and S-2 is one of the newer subjects, she most likely has been in Area 51 for about a year, being trained to kill people efficiently as possible.
 
Gonna give this to Iron Man, but with very high difficulty

I would wager they're about equal in terms weaponry and experience, and S-2's regen is really useful. However, I think Stark's intelligence, combined with help from Jarvis to analyse, can come up with a strategy to help defeat her, since her intelligence is notably lacking. He also has a slight AP advantage too
