So this is going to be a fairly simple.
The low tier of the version used to upscale from the skyhammer which fodder tier scale too. After a resent calc they should scale to Howling Flames, This is do to the fact that the spell is considered a low level starting spell. As well the possibility of scaling to Scouring Flames which is an attack that can be done by the Flame Guard Cleanser (Who are low tier) can preform.
Next mid tier used to scale to my old Rime calc which made them 9-A, but with new calc all mid tier would now scale to the spell Annihilation which would upgrade them from 9-A to 8-C. Do to scaling off of the character Orin Midwinter who is in mid tier that can cast this spell.
While there are not a lot of pages for the verse yet this would be applied to the Knights Exemplar, and Exemplar Bastions
