Battle takes place on an empty field, male Dobsonfly is used, fighters start 15cm away from each other

I don't know much about the dobsonfly... but the Bullet Ant is extremely strong, being an ant.
It can rip limbs off of insects three times its size, and pierce through most thing with its powerful jaws.
It also has the advantage of a stinger with an extremely painful venom.

The ant has most of the vantages here, the "Fly" wouldn't fly during combat due to not having a stinger and the ant being smaller (1.5 inches) would haver a easier time biting the "fly" the exoedqueleton of the ant would be a big problema to It to

i was actually referencing the dobsonfly's ability to fly
it's an underdog but it would be above the ant not under it
