Hmm. This looks like a close fight. But I think Lavos might win due to seemingly better hax.

Drago has a lot of attack nullifcation and reflection under his belt. so that'll defintely help him in the fight.
But in this particular form, I don't think Drago has exact power mimcry in the way that Lavos does. Plus Lavos can stop Regenerationn, so Drago will certainly be feeling these attacks. However, Drago has some IMMENSE energy absorption, as he was able to fully acclimate to the Infinity Core's power in mere moments, when Naga needed an extremely long period of time to get used to the Silent Core, so I would imagine that Drago could very well just absorb many energy based attacks that Lavos has or even tries to copy.
Overall, I think they mostly cancel out, but I think I THINK still have to give it to Lavos with high difficulty, as his stamina is rated as limitless and he can still heal, unlike Drago who has his healing cancelled out by Lavos.

Actually its currenty discussed rn that Drago may get Low-Godly regen in the Revision Thread by me and Dragontime. But it'll need more input first.
