Unless there's been a recent change, I think the policy on eventually 2-C Zamasu is that the 2-C key cannot be used for battles or scaling and is there simply to make the profile more accurate

Kriemhild Gretchen has the same thing, but people take into account him becoming 2-A and even make matches with 2-A Gretchen.

That's because UKG actually does become 2A in PMM, whereas Zamasu never truly becomes 2C and as such it's impossible to know what he can do at that tier.

Because its a stat indexing site first and a vs debates site second, despite the name. Can someone source IZ's 2C not being a usable thing? I'm pretty sure it is, its just not very strong.

Remove that vote for Zamasu, you can't allow him to eventually reach 2-C. Just like how if SSB Goku is used, you can't allow him to go UI.

You actually can if OP specifies it. Its almost never done, because most people can't deal with it, but in its thread vs the GEOM UKG was allowed to eventually become 2A. She still dies before that happens, but it's still a threat. Restricting tier jumping attacks and transformations isn't an absolute necessity, its just almost always done. If OP were to specify, Zamasu could become 2C eventually, though the indeterminate timeframe makes it unlikely.


Regardless, OP said low 2C versions which precludes that possibility.

Why're we restricting a natural part of Infinite Zamasu that was repeatedly stated to be exactly what he was doing?

It's like saying "Hit with no Self-Improvement" or "Goku with no Super Saiyan or Kaioken buffs"

Because OP said so. Tier jumps are usually restricted anyways, its just not like some rule mandated thing. Back in the Z times when super mode was a tier jump, you could say Goku with no super Saiyan. You can restrict higher dimensional type 8, tier jumps, and equalize speed and still get a match added.
