Infinite Speed

I have a few questions about Infinite Speed.

1. Is Instant equivalent to Baseline Infinite Speed?

2. If something happens Instantly faster than someone with Infinite Speed can react, would that be beyond Baseline Infinite Speed?

3. If a Character has a passive that allows them to react to Instaneous things, which can further react to Instaneous things --> Ad Infinium, would that put them above Baseline Infinite Speed.

4. Would that mean the Character above can react faster than someone's passives can take effect.

1. Instant does not entail infinite speed. Instant can mean very fast or sudden, so you need context.
2. Above baseline infinite speed.
3. Infinitely above baseline infinite speed, but still infinite speed.
4. Yes. Passives are by default baseline infinite speed.

Appreciate the answers, in this context Instants are referring to abilities from MTG. Basically, they can occur faster than a Planeswalker who has Infinite Speed can react.

Passive by default is not infinite speed, it mean instantaneous, but not infinite speed unless proven
